Will my order be in plain packaging?
Absolutely, your privacy is something we take very seriously. All orders are sent in plain packaging. There is no way to tell whats inside the parcel or who the sender is.

Do you ship overseas?
We do. Shipping charges are worked out at the time of purchasing. Just select your country from the dropdown list when entering your address.

At present we can ship to the following countries:
UK, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germant, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and USA.

Do I need to sign?
All our parcels need to be signed for. You can give instructions specifiying a safe place for the parcel to be left, however, if the parcel is not signed for, we are unable to accept any responisbility for loss or damage.

Do you ship to Postboxes?
We only ship to a physical delivery addresses, and can't ship orders to postboxes.

What about BFPO?
We do our best to support our boys (and girls) in the Forces. Please contact us to arrange BFPO Shipping.

Can I purchase without a credit card?
You can pay by cheque or purchase order, contact us for an order form.

What shipping company do you use?
We normally use Interlink Express in the UK, or DPD for European shipping. For heavier items, we may use a different courier at our discretion. Please contact us for more information.

Customs / Imports?
You as a customer are responsible for any legal problems concerning customs and delivery of goods in your country. This also concerns items which are opened, lost, delayed, detained or seized by postal or customs authorities. We can not be held responsible for any legal problems concerning customs and delivery of goods.

What will show on my Credit Card Statement
We're committed to your privacy and discretion. Your credit card statement will show Night Noise Ltd
