Discreet Packaging and Secure Delivery

All parcels are sent in plain packaging using either a plain white jiffy bag, or brown box.  There are no distinguishing marks on the outside. Your parcel may also be protected by a courier bag showing nothing but your address and the name of the courier.

Your parcel may have to be signed for when it arrives. If you are out, Interlink Express (our courier) will leave a card for you to contact them and re-arrange delivery at a time suitable for you. To deter thieves, they they will not accept re-direction requests, if you need it delivering to another address, please contact us.

Despatch

Where all items are in stock, orders received before 2pm (GMT) are normally sent out the same day. This applies Monday to Thursday.  Orders received Friday to Sunday are sent out the following working day. At busy periods, orders may take slightly longer to be despatched.  We will email you to let you know your order has been despatched.

Items marked as "Despatched directly from the manufacturer" are outside of our control and we are unable to advise on delivery.

You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is correct. Any returned parcels may incur additional delivery fees or may be subject to a restocking fee as per our Returns Policy.

For areas outside the European Union, you may need to allow extra time for customs clearance.

If your Courier delivery doesn't arrive within 2 days of the expected date, please contact us. Tracking is available for Courier shipping by logging into your account and clicking the "My Account" button.

Royal Mail doesn't consider mail lost for at least 15-21 days from despatch. Until then there is very little we can do. If you need your order quickly, please select Courier shipping.

Postage Costs

Postage costs are based on the total weight of your order and is calculated on the Shopping Cart screen. Please select your location to obtain shipping options and costs available to you.

Outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any customs charges that may arise. For customs invoices, we supply generic descriptions of products but are unable to "modify" the value of goods as this would be illegal.

Parcel returned by shipping company?

If for any reason your package is returned by the Courier, they will charge us for the return. Your returned order will be refunded subject to our Returns Policy and a restocking fee will be charged.
