Discreet Packaging and Secure Delivery
All parcels are sent in plain packaging using either a plain white jiffy bag,
or brown box. There are no distinguishing marks on the outside. Your
parcel may also be protected by a courier bag showing nothing but your address
label and the name of the courier.
Your parcel may have to be signed for when it arrives. If you are out,
Interlink Express (our courier) will leave a card for you to contact them and
re-arrange delivery at a time suitable for you. To deter thieves, they they will
not accept re-direction requests, if you need it delivering to another address,
please contact us.
Despatch
We aim to despatch in-stock items within 24 (business) hours of the order being placed.
All goods are sent in plain, secure packaging with no logo's or identifiable marks on the outside.
By default, we send all orders via Courier. We can send orders under 1Kg via
Royal Mail on request. Please email us after submitting your order to request
Royal Mail delivery.
You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is correct. Any returned parcels may incur additional delivery fees or may be subject to a restocking fee as per our
Returns Policy.
All orders received by 2pm for in-stock items are despatched on the same
business working day. The arrival of your package will depend on which delivery
option you specify.
IMPORTANT: Orders placed between 2pm Thursday or anytime
Friday are not shipped until Monday. This is because the order would then
just spend the weekend sitting in the courier's depot, often squashed under
hundreds of other boxes.
Delivery Times
Items sent via Courier:
Deliveries to England, Wales or Southern Scotland usually arrive the day after
despatch. Elsewhere in the UK, please allow 2-5 days for delivery.
Items sent via Royal Mail:
Items sent via Royal Mail usually arrive in 2-3 days.
Postage Costs
Postage costs are calculated automatically at the time of checkout. Please login to your account and ensure you have entered your address to see the delivery costs.
Multiple options may be available depending on your location.
What if my order doesn't arrive when expected?
Courier: If your UK delivery doesn't arrive within 2 days of the expected
date, please contact us.
Royal Mail: Please allow at least 15 days from the date of despatch.
Parcel returned by shipping company?
If for any reason, the parcel is returned to us by our Courier, the order
will be refunded subject to our Returns
Policy and a restocking fee will be charged.
