Return Policy

If you are unhappy with any purchase, we offer a no quibble returns policy. Any item that doesn't live up to your expectations may be returned within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is unused and in a saleable condition. (Excludes Sale Items which can not be returned)

For reasons of hygiene, intimate items such as dildos, butt plugs, catheters and speculums cannot be returned once used.

Following authorisation, if the return has not been received back after 7 days, this returns request will be automatically closed and you will need to request a new returns authorisation

Returning your item(s)

Delivery of the item back to us is the customers responsibility. We are unable to accept any responsibility for anything lost in the post. For that reason, we recommend you use a traceable option with Royal Mail to return the item(s) to us. i.e.: “Signed For”.  Most post offices will try to up sell you to “Special Delivery”.  This is expensive and we advise you not use it unless you require the extra insurance.

Postage (back to us) up to a maximum of £5.00 will be refunded for any Damaged or Faulty items. Where we refund the postage, we will only cover the cost of “Signed For”. If you choose to use “Special Delivery”, we will refund the equivalent cost of the “Signed For” service. Please ensure the postage receipt is sent with your return.

Faulty / Damaged Items

A replacement will be sent at our expense unless you have requested a refund in which case a full refund for the returned item will be made within 3 days of the goods arriving back.

Unwanted Items

Unwanted items must be in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. For items not in a resalable condition, we may, at our discretion refuse to accept the return or will charge a 20% restocking fee. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we are unable to refund postage for unwanted items.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will where appropriate, refund the cost of the goods (less any applicable restocking fee). We are unable to refund the original shipping costs except where the item is Faulty or Damaged.  Where are replacement is requested for an unwanted item (i.e., different size), a second shipping fee for the replacement item will be charged to your credit card.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
